Super Sourdough Bowl...

It's that time of year again: Super Sourdough Bowl on Sunday! And just for the occasion, we've crafted something special: Football Loaves! You can almost pick one up and throw a perfect spiral across the room! Of course, that might be a waste of a perfectly fine loaf of organic artisan sourdough bread. But you get the idea...

This year's teams feature two cities famous for their signature food: Kansas City (Barbeque) and Philadelphia (Philly Cheesesteak).

Now that's a mighty fine KC BBQ spread! All kinds of proteins, salads, condiments and, of course, toasted Sourdough Bread!

And check out this Philly Cheesesteak in a Sourdough Bowl! What a brilliant idea!

So whether it's the Kansas City Chiefs or Philadelphia Eagles you're favoring, after picking up some Breadness, just kick back and enjoy the commercials!

Farewell Laura Ann's Jams...

After over 3 years featuring Laura Ann's Jams as our exclusive jam brand, Laura Ann has decided to retire her wholesale division of the business. This means that the jams we currently have in stock are the last Laura Ann's Jams available in our shop.

I have been researching alternative artisan jams for a few weeks now and am "auditioning" offerings from 4 different jam crafters. Based on random user taste surveys, we'll probably be carrying select flavors from multiple sources. As a loyal reader of the Breadness Buzz, you'll be the first to know which brands and flavors we'll be featuring.

In the meantime, come in this weekend and pick up your fav flavas, while we still have a few jars left...

We're On a Roll...

It's been a while but Cinnamon Raisin Maple Pecan Rolls are back! More hearty than an English Muffin, these rolls are a meal in themselves! Slice and lightly toast them like a bun, then top them with cream cheese or nut butter, honey or jam, and dig in.
