A Minor confession...
Every year me + 16 mates get together for a walk.
We walk a bit of the UK’s Southwest coast path.
It is life-affirmingly brilliant...
Walking’s never been my thing.
BUT it’s a proper chance to catch up.
A proper chance to chat and catch up with really good friends.
The walk was two weeks ago.
A coast path includes a lots of activity!
We walk about 15 or so miles each day. Up + Down.
BUT part of the deal is good food.
3 courses of great local Cornish cuisine.
To what effect? Well Bodyweight happened...
