My goal with this newsletter is I hope this continues to bring people together for a fun and enjoyable time with one another's company and vibe on the floor!

🎆 Happy 4th of July Week! 🎆

Hi Everyone!

I wanted to take a moment to wish you all a safe and fun 4th of July week! Please remember there will be no classes on Thursday, July 4th.

We’ll be soaking up the sunshine with a river float during the day, and then enjoying the fireworks show in the evening. I hope many of you get to make special memories with friends and family this holiday.

This week, we’ll only have Dance on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Open Dance Thursday. I’d love to see you out on the dance floor if you can make it!

On a personal note, I had a wonderful weekend myself! We celebrated a family member’s baptism on Saturday, followed by a great family BBQ with relatives visiting from Utah.

Saturday evening was a blast—I went out to see Stoney Lonesome play at the Longbranch, and the music and energy were amazing.

Sunday, I enjoyed another fantastic BBQ with our Dance Family at Pam’s house. A huge thank you to Pam and your family for opening your home and hosting such a beautiful evening for all of us.

Then on Monday, I had some amazing friends, cause we spent the entire day moving in 100 degree weather, as we’re preparing for the final stretch of building our house. For those who may not know, my family has been working on building our home over the past several years, doing most of the work ourselves. Having insulation and sheetrock scheduled for next month feels like a huge milestone—especially after COVID put our progress on hold for a few years.

Thank you all for your constant support and for being part of this amazing dance community. Wishing you a wonderful holiday week ahead!

BOOTS A MOVIN' RULES

1. I will be teaching from 6-8PM, followed by practice time for previously learned dances till 9PM for classes during the week. (Most of us hit a wall after an hour or so, brain overload alert! Don't worry, it's normal). And some pretty intricate dances, that teaching more than one is too much. Plus, I can do a quick one wall walk through on some past dances. So, this is your chance to request your favorites and practice those ones you are still learning.

2. Tuesday's are geared for a faster pace, and I will be teaching harder level of dances. Best if you know most of the basic terminology for this class.

3. Wednesday’s class is geared for beginners and will be focusing on the basic Terminology for the first 60mins of class, followed by the weekly lesson.

4. Thursday's are FREE open dance to members and their guest at Pasco Eagles from 6-8PM. Requests line dances, couples' dances like 2-Step, Swing, Sweetheart schottische, Cowboy Cha-Cha, etc. All ages welcome. Young children may not be one the floor unless they are participating.

5. Friday/Saturday classes can be all levels and or couples' dances, followed by open dancing.

Class Itinerary: Times listed below are estimates based on length of teaches and/or size of class. If we have extra time, we can review previous dances.

All classes are $10 (expect Friday AM $5)
