March's Research to Clinical Practice: Ankle Instability Rehabilitation

Chronic ankle instability (CAI) remains a persistent challenge, even after successful early rehabilitation. This issue explores how altered sensory organization and limitations in traditional rehab approaches may contribute to reinjury risk, while highlighting strategies such as visual input manipulation, hop stabilization, and plyometric training to better prepare athletes for true return-to-sport demands.
