As 2025 comes to a close, we are reflecting on a year that fundamentally expanded Parity Lab’s mission. What began as a grassroots movement has grown into a global platform for trauma-informed leadership, supporting 100+ leaders across industries who collectively impacted over 100,000 individuals across 8 countries, including the prevention of 3,000+ child marriages while amplifying healing-centered innovation and building a worldwide community rooted in dignity, empathy, and changemaking.

Our defining moments of 2025! |
2025 was a joyful leap forward for Parity Lab. We went global with our first-ever Global Fellowship, launched our trauma eBook, reaching 40+ fellows worldwide! We also came together for a heart-warming team meet-up in Chennai, and celebrated the incredible moment of being featured as an official case study by the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Our fellows also brought their ideas to life through inspiring projects that carried healing and leadership into communities around the world. |
This year, our story travelled far. Parity Lab was celebrated across Fast Company, Bold Journey, The New School, India Giving Day, The Better India, American Bazaar, WhyFi Matters, and many more platforms and we were so honoured to receive our Silver Stevie Award!!! This year, the features really did help share our mission with a wider global audience. |

Our fellows lit up 2025 with creativity, courage, and heart. From community advocacy to workplace well-being to healing-centered leadership, their journeys and project launches showed what is possible when women lead with purpose and hope. Their stories truly defined our year. |
We were thrilled to expand our learning ecosystem with three major offerings: a first-of-its—kind somatic guide to healing eBook, in two languages! - Hindi and English. It is also the first somatic guide available in Hindi and we couldn’t be more proud. We also published our very own Anchor Framework, and the Trauma Resilience Measurement, all these tools created to help leaders everywhere understand trauma, nurture resilience, and build more caring spaces. |
