This month is packed with major milestones: expanding Project Greenlight with a dedicated safe platform, welcoming new leadership, securing key catalytic support, and having our alumni bring initiatives to life.

Here is what we’ve been up to this month:

💫 In the Spotlight:

🪴 Project Greenlight: It's almost here!!!

We are officially rolling out our new interactive platform under #ProjectGreenlight - a dedicated, judgment-free space where young people can ask the questions about relationships, boundaries, and emotional safety that they often feel hesitant to voice anywhere else.
Mathangi in the Brown
This is a moderated space where young people can support one another. Alongside the platform launch, we are actively onboarding dedicated changemakers and advisors to guide this next phase of community-led prevention.

And we’re starting with just 150 founding members who will help shape what comes next, and the wait is over!!

The waitlist is coming sooner than you think! In 3 weeks time!!!! :) Do join to make a change!

Meanwhile, check out the video we made telling y'all what it's all about!!!

💗 Welcoming Dominique Pinon as our Community Manager:

We are thrilled to welcome Dominique Pinon to the Parity Lab team as our new Community Manager!!  With 9+ years in service design and facilitation across education, nonprofit, and tech, she's passionate about building spaces where people can align, learn, and grow. Outside work, she's gardening, hiking, or spending time with her bunny, currently re-reading 100 Years of Solitude.

Welcome to the team, Dominique!

🎤 Podcast- Founders Across Borders

Our Founder & CEO, Mathangi Swaminathan, joined host Yukta Kandhari on the Founders Across Borders podcast. Their conversation dives deep into the realities of organizational building: trauma literacy, psychological safety, navigating toxic workplace cultures, fundraising, and preventing GBV. Mathangi also shares personal stories and makes a case for why trauma literacy must become as foundational as learning our ABCs.

🌟 Fellows' Stories:

"It was an amazing experience to share business legal insights with so many enthusiastic and keen young minds. Pakistan has huge potential; we just need to give them the nurturing environment and right mentoring to achieve their goals."
— Zara

Our alum, Nidhi Sharma Launches â€˜Rise Together’

Alum fellow Nidhi Sharma has officially brought her fellowship initiative to life by launching her organization, Rise Together. Their mission is to create safe, accountable systems that enable women and children in India to thrive with dignity and full economic participation. Resource of the Month📚 :

Project Greenlight Listening Survey 2026: What Young People Told Us About Relationships
In Parity Lab’s latest survey of youth (ages 15–25) and caregivers across North America, the findings revealed a critical gap: nearly two-thirds of young people have stayed in unhealthy dynamics simply because they weren't sure what was "normal," while 100% of caregivers expressed a need for non-judgmental conversation starters.

The report uncovers the unspoken realities shaping today’s youth, and how we can better support them. Read the full report here.
