That was all in motion.
A few months before.
And then..
Two days after John's pain flared up
John's pain settled down.
John bounced back.
Which is a story I hear some of the time in clinic.
And which I'd like to hear a lot more often.
It is one of the biggest motivators for me in:
Writing this weekly newsletter, and
Building out a set of courses to help people

(We're re-launching soon 🚀)
Why did John bounce back?
Digging a little deeper..
John had been using an exercise bike for 15mins most days 👏
I write 'most days' but my money was on John using is every day.
Rarely missing a day.
His leg strength was good 👏👏
His bodyweight was in the right place 👏👏👏
Spot on for his height.
Oh, and he had done a 10minute 'Joe Wicks' YouTube most evenings
And he'd walked most every coffee shop in Cotswolds 👏👏👏👏
John's background was in science and technology.
With a higher degree he'd dug deep into the research.
And long before he'd turned up in my clinic..
Was doing all of the right things..
That meant John could sit to stand on one leg.
Each leg felt balanced to him..
And at 76 years of age, had no knee pain.
And could keep doing all of the things he loved.
My job was to reassure John to keep doing what he was doing.
He bounced out of clinic.
And I will hopefully NOT see him again 😀
Brilliant!
Music to my ears..
