Windsurfing is the sport with the longest history at Bray Lake and is where the centre began. Over 40 years ago Bray Lake was a windsurf only venue and had a regular group of windsurfers who loved spending time on the water discovering what this sport had to offer.

Over the years the centre has gone through many changes but windsurfing still remains a favourite sport with our staff members and customers alike.

Windsurfing is a fantastic sport and no matter what your ability level there is always progression to be made and a new part of the world to discover.

Our entry level RYA Start Windsurfing course is the perfect starting point to begin your windsurfing journey. This 6 hour course provides you with all the skills to be able to come and hire windsurf equipment at the lake and join in our Saturday morning Windsurf Club.

We also offer private tution sessions for beginners through to advanced windsurfers.

The Monkey Bar Cafe is back open 7 days a week and is the perfect place to refresh after being on the water, catch up with friends or warm up after a walk around the lake. 

We offer barista coffee with beans supplied by the Winchester Coffee Company, a selection of teas and a variety of snacks. 

At the weekends we also serve hot food including our popular breakfast bacon and egg bagel, banana pancakes, paninis and toasties. 

We have plenty of outside seating over looking the lake so you can watch all the action.
