This month at Parity Lab, we’re celebrating momentum on multiple fronts—from launching our Global Fellowship with women leaders across five countries to bringing our trauma-informed Anchor™ Framework to corporate teams navigating burnout and unpredictability. As we scale our impact from community-led initiatives to organizational resilience, we’re also honored to deepen our academic partnerships—most recently with a guest lecture at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Explore what’s new, what’s next, and how you can be part of building emotionally intelligent leadership across sectors.

In the Spotlight:

🌍 Global Fellowship 2025 Has Officially Launched!

Parity Lab’s Global Fellowship 2025 has officially begun, bringing together an inspiring cohort of women leaders from across five countries. The program kicked off with two deeply reflective workshops focused on creating trauma-informed spaces for collective growth and leadership. From Day 1, fellows have been engaging in practices that build safety, connection, and resilience—laying the groundwork for transformational leadership.

Designed around the Anchor™ Framework, the Fellowship equips women navigating high-stakes roles with the tools to lead from a place of clarity and compassion.

Stay tuned for more updates from this powerful cohort!

🧠 Scaling Anchor™ for Corporate Teams: Take the Survey!

After reaching 70,000+ individuals globally and being featured in a University of Chicago Booth School of Business case study, Parity Lab is now scaling its trauma-informed leadership model—Anchor™—to corporate teams.

The team keeps hearing the same themes across industries: burnout, low motivation, unpredictable change. Layoffs, restructuring, impossible expectations—and no time or space to process. Anchor™ offers a practical, research-backed roadmap to help teams build psychological safety, regulate under pressure, and lead with integrity.

If you lead a team, work in HR, or care about building emotionally resilient workplaces, please take this short survey to help shape Parity Lab’s next offerings:

Fellows' Stories:

We are proud to share that Anita Kamble, founder of Ankur Sanstha and a long-time Parity Lab fellow, was recently honoured with the prestigious Abhaya Samman (Fearless Women Leadership Award) 2025 by Vanchit Vikas Sanstha in Pune. Support Vanangana's work in Bundelkhand!

Parity Lab is proud to support the powerful work of Vanangana, one of our Fellowship partners. For the past three years, their team has been working inside the jails of Banda and Chitrakoot, supporting women who have often been incarcerated for minor or unjust reasons. Many of these women have lost far more than their freedom—they've lost connection, identity, and hope. Vanangana is now raising funds to provide urgent legal aid and help 30 women fight their cases, return to their families, and rebuild their lives with dignity.

Resources:

As we continue to build collective knowledge around healing and resilience, our eBooks on understanding trauma — available in Hindi and English — remain freely accessible to all. These guides offer practical tools for survivors, community leaders, and anyone working to create trauma-informed spaces. We hope they continue to inspire and support transformative change at every level.
