After an extended summer break, Designers in Business is back!It's not just been for a much-needed break. My favourite episode so far? Our teardown of the skincare brand Aesop.If you thought Apple was the pinnacle of meticulous attention to detail and design quality, Aesop really raises the bar!The business is also seriously profitable, while garnering a cult-like fanbase. It manages to do all this with a commitment to sustainability and quality unequalled in the industry. Impressive stuff.Their store designs are drop-dead gorgeous too, with each uniquely designed to reflect the city in which they reside.You can listen to or watch Business Design Teardowns on iTunes, Stitcher, Spotify, or YouTube.
