Battle of the Books Update
|
A BIG congratulations to all the Battle of the Books (BotB) participants! Roughly 100 RMS students worked hard for months, reading the 11 selected titles, practicing, and quizzing one another. The school battle took place on Wednesday, March 16 and it came down to a tie-breaker round. Ultimately, The Screwed Pineapples (TSP) won the school battle and went on to represent RMS at the district battle that was held on Tuesday, March 29. Leading in every round, TSP won the battle! For the first time in the eight-year history of BotB in LWSD, RMS brought home the trophy! Well done to the members of TSP!
