Do you love writing? Always wanted to hear your words on the radio? We are running a writing competition, for short stories (maximum 600 words), with separate categories for primary schools, secondary schools and adults. If you prefer to pen a poem, there is also a poetry category for adults. We are delighted to be running our first ever writing competition in partnership with Ink & Ember, the independent cafe, book & stationery store based on Maiden Lane in Stamford. 

There are incredible prizes to be won from Ink & Ember, plus winning stories and poems will be turned into an audio version and aired on a dedicated show on Rutland & Stamford Sound. For more details click here.

We are keen to hear from anyone who can help to us to develop and implement our strategic plans, as well as having capacity to provide oversight for the delivery of key activities.
