Thanks for bearing with me while I take a closer look at the fascinating detail behind our nerves, sensors and muscles.
It amazes me how this all goes on every time:
- I punch the next letter of this newsletter
- Subconsciously stay upright while I reach for my tea, or
- Walk across the room.
Zooming out from trillionths of one metre, to one metre long nerve fibres, our self-organising biology and physiology is truly fascinating.
For those of you who don’t who don’t find it quite as fascinating … bear with me!
Next week I'll write about our sensors.
Why our head spins after a few drinks. And why it spins…
- One way shortly after a drink, and
- Then the other way later on in the evening?
And after the next few newsletters I’ll get straight back to the more practical
'doing more with less joint pain'. Promise!
