“Honey, I shrunk the loaves!” By popular demand, our original Artisan Sourdough Country Loaf recipe is now available in a micro-loaf size that’s perfect for Slider Buns, Rolls, English Muffins, etc.!
Enjoy these buns/rolls hours out of the oven, or days later for a more pronounced sourdough flavor. Eat them fresh or toasted; whole or sliced like slider buns/English muffins. Each bun/roll is about 65 grams in weight.
These micro-loaves can also be frozen and pulled out to thaw for an hour or so, then warmed up in the oven (or toaster oven) wrapped in foil (for steaming) or without (for extra browning and crispy crust).
