BWRk Settles Pollution Permit Appeal at Swann’s Crossing Mine
This month, we announced the settlement for BWRk's appeal of the pollution permit at Swann’s Crossing Mine in Tuscaloosa County. BWRk had filed an appeal to contest a NPDES permit that ADEM issued to Southland Resources for the coal mine in Brookwood.
UA Student Earns Munson Foundation Scholarship with BWRk
