You may not know this but Santa and Chef Randall have a few things common...

Santa likes to make things and give them as presents. Randall made sourdough bread and gave it away randomly for 4 years! Santa does things that make kids of all ages happy. Randall makes people of all ages happy with Breadness. And for the younger ones, Randall gives them Magic Hearts and Stars (all year round!). Kids and parents alike all leave our micro-bakery happier than when they came in!

And Santa LOVES our GingerBreadness sourdough (as you can see here). Available in full-size and petite, GingerBreadness makes the perfect gift for this time of year.

Elizabeth Breazile has joined the Breadness tribe, starting with being our social media content creator with photographs (like the one above) and videos (you can see on instagram and tik tok) that are simply amazing! Soon, you'll see her smiling face behind the counter when you come for your next loaf or gift request.

Normally available in 4 flavors (Naked, Tuscan Herb, Applewood Smoked and Cinnamon Raisin Maple Pecan), during the month of December we are introducing our GingerBreadness sourdough to the Artisan Crisps lineup! A “Claus Family Favorite,” these crisps, along with our sugar-free/dairy-free Chocolate Chill drink, are a healthy alternative to the traditional cookies and milk left out for Santa on Christmas Eve!

Get these while you can, because when the month is done, we won’t have these again until next December.

One of the best things about the holiday season is the music you hear just about everywhere you go. I grew up hearing the real classics (The First Noel, Deck the Halls, etc.), early pop classics like White Christmas and The Christmas Song, 60s pop classics like The Little Saint Nick (Beach Boys), Santa Baby, and Feliz Navidad. When it came time to write my first Christmas song, I had a different idea. The result became Every Day with You (Is Christmas for Me). It's BUSY here at Breadness! We added another shift (again) to make our Cinnamon Raisin Maple Pecan and GingerBreadness sourdough loaves so we could make more of our bestselling Traditional Country Loaves to have on hand Friday through Sunday. In fact, we're making 304 loaves of bread this week; more than we've ever done before! But we already sold out of the full-size Cinnamon Raisin loaves for advance shipping orders! We do have some petite-size Cinnamon Raisin loaves available, and the GingerBreadness loaves, full-size and petite, are simply amazing. No wonder Santa and Mrs. Claus LOVE them!

A important note about shipping: So Cal customers usually get their Breadness shipments in one day. However, with the holidays coming fast, that single day might become 2 days. Therefore, I recommend you place your order before Thursday so we can ship on Thursday. This means we won't be able to slice your loaves (as they will have just come out of the oven a few hours before) but they will be curing in transit so you should receive them as fresh as can be! UPS does deliver on Saturday with their reliable Ground service.

Order ahead to ensure there'll be Breadness for your eating pleasure this weekend!

And order in advance for your holiday gift list items; restocking at this time of year is challenging to say the least!

Random Acts of Breadness is located at 2214 West Magnolia Blvd. in Burbank (2-1/2 blocks east of Buena Vista on the south side of the street). Come to the bakery and sample our artisan wares, or order on line for bakery pickup, or have Breadness delivered or shipped to your door. You may also order by phone at 818-562-7303 and pay when you come pick it up. We're open Friday & Saturday 12 to 6 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Reminder: If you (or someone you wish to gift) live within 120 miles of Los Angeles, we can ship on Thursday (via UPS Ground) and in most cases your Breadness Box will arrive on Friday (Saturday at the latest). Place your order before Thursday at noon here.
